Product Description
The BEL 507 is a semi-automatic tilting case erector and pack station that is designed specifically for replacing manual case packing. The machine is designed specifically for applications with taller product and cases where it is difficult for an operator to easily pack the product when the case is oriented upright. When combined with a BEL case sealer, it allows one operator to form, pack and seal corrugated cases with a single system.
Ergonomic and Safe Case Packing
With its tilting abilities, better ergonomics are achieved for the operator, making it a safer choice for awkward packing situations. The BEL 507 achieves higher throughput with the machine returning to the default tilted packing position as soon as the case exists the machine. Products that especially benefit from this machine include objects which easily tip over, more fragile product, or with unique dimensions. The BEL 507 utilizes 3 safety switches to ensure the tilting function only actives when there is a case inside the machine, ensuring a completely safe operation.
