The BEL 505G3 is a versatile semi-automatic case erector and packing station ideal for hand packing lines. The machine dynamically folds the bottom of the case and holds it in place for the operator to begin packing. This allows for quick and ergonomic case packing, much more efficient than a traditional hand pack line.
Adaptable to Any Environment.
Being the most compact of the entire BEL 505 series of machines, the BEL 505G3 allows operators to pack from 3 different sides of the machine. The versatility of the machine is especially evident in operations with tight floor space or those running multiple packing lines. Due it's flexible design, the BEL 505G3 features the largest case size range of all BEL case erectors. This machine also excels in wet environments, with an enviroguard options available for additional water and corrosion resistance.
