Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address within our designated shipping zones (US Contiguous 48, US PO BOX, US Territories US Armed Forces States).

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Availability

Delivery time estimates are based on real-time product availability and standard ground shipping. Product inventory is reserved during checkout. Items that qualify will ship out same day of the order is placed by 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri, Eastern Standard Time).

In-Store Pick Up

In-Store Pick Up availability is based on real-time product availability, inventory location, and order processing time. Eligibility includes the following parameters:

• Customer Shipping and/or Billing address must be within 50 miles of either our Rochester or Syracuse Warehouse
• Inventory for the selected items must be available at the selected warehouse
• Orders must be placed by 3:00PM EST for same-day pickup

Same Day In-Store Pick Up is available with a fulfillment window of 1 hour. The latest order to be available for same-day pickup must be placed by 2:30PM EST and the customer must arrive no later than 4:00PM EST.

In-Store Pickup times are as follows:

Mon 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Tue 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Wed 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Thu 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Fri 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Sat CLOSED

 Sun CLOSED  

Holidays and Store Closures

We observe the following holidays and are not eligible for Same-Day Pickup and In-Store Pickup. Any order that is placed after the cutoff order time of 1:00PM EST will be shipped or available for In-Store Pickup on the next regular business day.
