Returns Policy

30 Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return any stock item within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are provided upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be returned in unused and resalable condition. Merchandise received outside of this condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 3G Packaging Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, and in non-resalable conditions. Purchases excluded from 3G’s 30-Day Guarantee includes but are not limited to items listed as Final Sale, Custom, or Items marked “non-returnable”.

If 3G Packaging Inc. or Manufacturer is at fault for supplying incorrect, damaged, or recalled merchandise, 3G will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customer has the option to pay and arrange for shipping individually or 3G provides the option to provide a shipping label to the customer for return in the case that the shipping fees are deducted from the overall refund total. 

Returns After 30 Days

Unless otherwise noted, merchandise is eligible for return for up to 120 Days after date of purchase for store credit provided that the merchandise is in its original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition. Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and supplementary charges by 3G Packaging Inc.

Final Sale Items

Items sold as Final Sale include but are not limited to:

 

  • Custom Products
  • Clearance and Overstock Items
  • Last Chance Sale Items
  • Emergency Response Items (Mask, Gloves, Disinfectants, etc.)
  • Special-Order Items 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please log into to your 3G account. In Your Account, select the order and items you wish to return. Complete the return request and you will be updated by customer support within 1 business day to facilitate your return.

If you do not have an online account, please use the chat support, email online@3gpkg.com, or contact 1-585-342-6060 with your return request and you will receive information to facilitate your return.

If your return is eligible for refund, you will refund will be processed upon receipt of merchandise in our facility. The time for the funds to be available to you is dependent upon the time that your banking provider takes to process the reimbursement (within 5-10 business days on average).

If your return is eligible for store credit, the credit is available in your 3G account within 24 hours from the receipt of the merchandise in our facility.

Shipping labels that are provided from 3G will be sent to the email address provided to us at the time of purchase.
